    Admiral cheapest for me, but never had to claim, so not sure if the value for money is there.

    I had the same tyres fitted in November by a mobile service for £480, so over £500 would seem expensive!!

    Not sure on the percentage but they were pretty dark, saying that you could still see the brake lights fine through them. Maybe worth seeing if the ebayer will let you fit them to a zed to see how much light comes through!!

    I had the same thing done to my Prelude lights a few years ago when I had the car resprayed, never had any problems with MOT, got pulled a couple of times, but they never mentioned the lights!!

    I have been with Admiral for 5 years (as they are so much cheaper than anyother company) never had a problem, but then never had to make a claim.

    I put my Mum on my insurance this year as it reduced it considerably, she has a 1.6 Astra and would be way to scared to drive my zed!!
