  1. MW / MW2 were amazing. Unfortunately single player is only a small amount of the overall package for me. I am much more interested in the multiplayer which is where COD2/MW/MW2 really shined for me. If this can produce something good in the multiplayer then i am sure i will buy it. That is if it comes to PC.
  2. HTC Desire and Android forever My friend likened his Iphone 3GS to a Fisher Price toy after using the Desire. However small updates could make a big difference to the iphone we shall see what people say about it. I read an article recently about Apple being the new Microsoft with how they control content. Was quite an interesting read! Also how many people make video calls on a mobile? This is one feature I always saw failing to take off and i have never ever used it on phones with the capability in the past. Due to expense and lame quality! If you want to video call get on a computer and go webcam
  3. Better to be a few minutes late than in a hedge (or in this threads case fined with pointage) Or if you were caugh speeding on a random just drive session then i cannot think of anything remotely witty/clever to say except...oops! On a side note I have a friend who was a policewomanlady and she got caught speeding 96 in a 60.....coppers look after their own as she knew the chap and got let off . We are all so in the wrong job.
  4. I never said the early ones were But we are both right
  5. I like the look of the new Impreza tbh. Although i am pretty sure i would not spend £50k on this or the Equiv Evo. I would however buy a TVR Sagaris for £38k then spend £12k rebuilding the engine every 2 miles or something But thats because i really do love a good TVR.
  6. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Sierra_RS_Cosworth http://www.rsownersclub.co.uk/car_info/Ser2wdsc.htm http://www.rsownersclub.co.uk/car_info/ser4x4sc.htm 2WD/RWD Whatever you want to call it were definitely Sapphires as well as the 4WD.
  7. What car manufacturer isn't. The latest trend of stripping weight and bits off cars then charging more money for them gets on my tits!
  8. They couldn't over price it, otherwise how would they sell the limited edition RS500 for a premium to sucker more people in . The original RS500 is still worth mega money for one in pristine condition i think. RS Cosworth - Escort/Sierra were 4wd but there was also a 2wd variant of the Sierra (Sapphire) with the Cosworth engine. So not all Ford Cosworths were 4wd.
  9. 4WD would of made even heavier and probably more expensive because of it, it really does not need that extra weight. Plus i am pretty sure Ford made more FWD RS models than 4WD. The whole RS is all about 4WD is aload of tosh .
  10. I have had the privalige of owning a Mk1 RS and have taken the Mk2 for a test drive when mine was being serviced. To compare the 2 cars i was mildly disappointed with the Mk2 it did not move the game on as much as i was kind of hoping. As soon as i started driving the Mk2 it was like someone had put an extra sumo wrestler in the car, it felt heavy. Very grippy at the same time mind. The Mk2 shape of focus always seemed long and it really is. Torque steer is still present even though it has the Revoknuckle and does have a great sound and a good turn of speed. For me the main improvements were the interior and the sound. I still felt my Mk1 handled that bit better, it is roughly 200-300kg lighter i believe and definitely felt it when blasting around. All that said, I would still own a Mk2 for sure as a family car as it was bigger than the Mk1. Although Ford do impose an RS tax on servicing etc and there have been some problems with the Mk1 and cost me alot of money to fix. So i reckon we need to wait a few years to see if the Mk2 has a better build quality. Mk2 compared to Zed, i'd still take the Zed everytime. But they are 2 completely different cars. The Zed sounds better for me and has better quality of materials and feel inside, plus RWD means you can use all 300 rampaging horses without any torque steer (The Mk2 does also limit power in the first 2 gears to help with the problem). Nissan gave me better service at the dealership too. Hope that makes a good read
  11. Can i make love to the LFA's sound in any possible way?
  12. I do not own an iphone (die apple die ) But from what I understand it is basically a sealed unit hence why you cannot replace the battery? I could be completely off the mark mind. I assume in breaking it open you would invalidate any warranty it might have also.
  13. If you are looking around that pricebracket and don't mind proper downsizing you could get a nice Clio 182 / Fiesta ST. Both good value for money for what they are.
  14. I reckon you could squeeze someone else in there!
  15. Did someone say GM was best, i think so
  16. Edited for pics! Thanks for the welcome
  17. Hello chaps/chapettes. I thought i would join up after a month or two of Zed ownership! I am the very happy owner of a `56 Gunmetal Zed with the good ol' GT Pack Upgraded from my Focus RS Mk1 and I must say I have been very impressed and love the monster. I am quite new to all this so if I need to give pics do i have to link through photo bucket or can I just upload by using the file uploaded on here? Dave
