  1. Wish I put these up for more £££££. ALL SOLD!
  2. As I think many would agree including Abbey motorsport that performance parts don't get much better then Motordyne. I'll be handing the car back to the garage in the next month so have stripped it back to it's standard form. All the parts listed below where fitted by Abbey Motorsport about 18 months ago and have covered about 10,000 miles. All parts are MOT friendly. The Motordyne resonated de-cats give the car a very subtle rasping noise under acceleration with out being to loud, absolutely awesome, the nicest thing I've heard on a 350. All price's include delivery. Motordyne Plenum Spacer.........Cost £179............Selling £80 ***Sold pending payment*** Motordyne XYZ Y pipe with race cat...........Cost £562..............Selling £300 ***sold pending payment*** Motordyne resonated de-cats.................Cost £550......................Selling £300 ***SOLD*** Happy shopping.

  5. Thanks guys, whats the cost Alex?
  6. What a star, thank you very much!
  7. I'm dropping my car off to have all my motordyne perfomance parts removed on Thursday, Decats, Y piece etc, which I'll soon be posting in the for sale section. My question is, are the bolts that come with the plenum spacer longer then usual to accommodate the spacer? I'll obviously need bolts to put the car back together but also need to supply the correct parts when I sell the items?
  8. I'm I right in thinking the clutch and fly both need to be done together?
  9. Yeah I know the drill, Just wanted to see what the parts "discount" equated to I receive with my service plan! Evidently not a great deal!! I think they pull these figures out of thin air, so unnecessary to just blatantly try to rip people off!
  10. My clutch started slipping in high gears about 2 weeks ago, and has since developed a very unhealthy chattering / rattling noise under de-accelaration in low gears. Just spoke to the dealer where I bought the car 2 years ago and also have a service plan with and my "discounted" cost was........ Wait for it.... Clutch and flywheel included fitting... £1996!!!!!!! Feel like I've been repeatedly kicked in the nuts.
  11. I take it none of you guys are using your cars in this weather? I thought it would be a nightmare being so powerful and rear wheel drive, but I've found the car so predictable and actually quite fun!

    19" or 20"?

20" all the way. Just dodge the pot holes!
  13. When I had a scored front disc the main dealer quoted me £650 for just the discs!

    Decided!

This is the set up Mark @ Abbey recommends. It's what i'll be changing to shortley.
  15. Yeah they look really dated now though, would definitely have to be a 997.
  16. seems a real shame for them to go for that price! You want me to bid them up for you??
  17. I thought the benefit of a supercharger over a turbo was not needing to uprate internals? Would items like clutchs etc need uprated to cope with 400hp?
  18. Probably not! I don't drive the car like a nut, but I do enjoy the odd spirted run on a quiet dual carriage way.
  19. What prices where you thinking guys?
  20. I know that bonnet does look awful! I didn't know you where stripping your car Ian? had a change of heart? The car just feels lacking, I've always had a thing for tuning I even tuned my 50cc hair drier when I was 16! I'm just power hungry always have been always will be.
  21. I'm putting some serious thought into either selling or supercharging my zed, she just doesn't seem powerful enough. I've taken the car about as far as it can go bolt on wise with the help of mark from Abbey, but if I'm being completely honest the extra power just wasn't worth the £2000 spent. Top of the list for a trade in would be a E92 M3 coupe, (can't afford a 911 turbo just yet) but i'm in 2 minds as what to do! I think I could live with spending 5k for a supercharger but mentions of 7k+ just seem a step to far for me. Came across this link while googling, I'm sure some of you have come across it before. It states near the bottom the supercharger fitted along with the bonnet is £4800! Seems very reasonable I know the article is quite old but I can't imagine the price would differ to much. http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evocarr ... _350z.html need help!
  22. £78.64+ vat is the best price I can do, not including postage. It's not a cheap item but the shower will be as good as new when fitted.
  23. You don't need a plumber, you need a manager of a plumbers merchant. I'll get you a price in the morning.
  24. My god that's shiney, I take my hat off to you Sir.
