  1. Thanks for the fast responses. I was hoping it was something I could use for a project but alas it's not suitable
  2. Isn't that on the auto-dimming mirror? Interested if your right though
  3. I haven't seen this piece on an aussie delivered car. I was wondering what it was and what buttons etc are attached to it. Thanks!
  4. Courtesy Parts uses their own SKU/Part number coding for most of the stuff on their site. It's not the actual OEM part number.
  5. Looks fantastic! Very clean. Sunsets don't have this problem though
  6. GT4 is unknown to me. What does it look like?
  7. Exactly. I need the plug circled in red below so I don't have to destory my current headlights? Wrecker wants me to buy the whole murano light I found locally for the single plug Is this what I'm looking for? http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Matsushita-N ... 35b5827e95 If so - anyone know where to source a genuine part rather than the Chinese rip-off?
  8. Really? I'm using Redline MT-85 and no issues here. Maye placebo as it was after a service but a smoother shift.
  9. Photos have all been taken with various different light sources. One of great things I like about the colour is the way it pops differently in each. Nah it's OK - we know we do things better down south anyway Only one other Sunset in the Club and he lives in another state.
  10. Freshly washed and waxed... just in time so the ZClub of Victoria can say hi to you you all! Photo taken by Tangcla @ www.tangcla.com
  11. ^^ That puts you into diagnostic mode which will clear the light once you turn the ignition to ON. What it doesn't tell you is why the light came on in the first place. Here's is a great post on my350z.com to take it one step further which will actually tell you the why. Includes caps from the owners manual. http://my350z.com/forum/audio-video-and ... ypass.html
  12. 3 pages in and this hasn't come up?!?
  13. ^ This. I sent some Aussies his way for the same part.
  14. Found it Thanks. Just need to get that link onto the "view" line that appears on all pages and it'll be perfect.
  15. No all new posts on the forum since I last logged in/visted the site.
  16. I was hoping someone could help me please I'm trying to figure out how to have a new posts page that only shows me new posts since my last login. I've tried "new posts", "unread posts" and "and view active topics" with out success I've also tried searching for the button that marks all read as most of the view new posts returns with a 40 page list Help?
  17. I've found the Chinese manufacturer and have asked for more info Hopefully can get my hands on a sample/trial unit. Owners Manual http://www.inawise.com/nissan/nissan-li ... manual.pdf Installation Manual http://www.inawise.com/nissan/nissan-li ... manual.pdf I currently have an Orange TPMS system in the car and have been struggling to work out where to steathy install the display. I ended up deciding on the sunglass holder and running a wire through the a-pillar and headliner. I think this little unit should (in theory) work with my sensors already so should give me an even steathier install and OEM looking TPMS. http://www.orangetpmsusa.com/aftermarke ... ar-tpms-2/
  18. Currently the stock fog light form a 370z is leading the way... updated seat heater switches look nice too In other news - I found a Nissan button with receiver to use as my TPMS monitor Includes harness for OE install. Reading the manual there is a PSI version and audio alerts too. In further new I stumbled across pics of the Footwell lamps (B6400-CD000) and Interior Illumination Kit (under dash lights). Want want want. Anyone know where to get them!!??
  19. Just check and no VDC light on the dash I could tap into. Only have a TCS off and SLIP Just want something with a built in light that looks OEM. I guess I need to start trawling through Google images..
  20. +1 to Andlid on caliper bolts. I did the conversion too and you will also need to either (a) cut your rear dust trim piece to make the rear rotors fit or ( buy brembo sized dust trim. I did ( and be warned its not an easy job to do yourself or its an expensive job if you get someone else to do it as there's a fair bit of work involved. Front dust trims are the same part# and do not have to be cut/replaced/trimmed. Certainly the time to do stainless brake lines!!
  21. Me too unfortunately Not quite the OEM look I was going for. So want! So very want!!
  22. Can grab a new one for pretty cheap which is OK. No. The drive recorder still needs power to record via its "motion sensor" (ie: someone driving/walking past your car) and also "g-force" (ie: someone bumping your car). If one of these sensors goes off it records the previous 30secs and goes for an optional time frame after. Hence the power pack sold as an accessory is necessary to avoid draining your car battery. One version of the power pack has the over-riding on/off button so you can switch it completely off (ie: when the car is safely parked in your garage). The power pack will be hidden away hence why I'm looking for a button to replace it in a usable spot.
  23. It's the original VDC button someone moved from the dash to there so they stopped opening the fuel filler cap. I'd be happy using it but I'd have no indication if it was on or off Absolutely EDIT: Thinking aloud - as my car doesn't have VDC (non-track) I wonder if the light on the Dash is there though? I could then wire the the switch to the dash so when I deactivate the recorder the light shows up? Will need to look into it and see. *Runs off to read service manuals*
  24. Thanks. Found the thread(s). I'm confident of getting the wiring all working thought. What I'm after is an OEM looking button to use
