Could it be your Y pipe is touching the ubderside of the body of the car. Loose baffle in the exhaust system? thrust bearing on the clutch? I would check your y pipe is tight and not touching anywhere. Sounds are difficult to pinpoint, it might be coming from else where to.

Well its been nearly a week with my new HKS style zorst fitted and all i can say is "wow" love it. If you are seroiusly looking at these exhausts, i wouldn't hesitate in getting one on your zed. If you happen to stumble across one for sale, buy it.. honestly the sound is IMO amazing. If you like sort of loud, not K1 loud then you will love this, and the look of the exhaust is to die for. Really, i cant hype this up any more, it IS the dogs bollos'. I have not noticed any performance gains or drops, just the sound is amazing and the looks, well.......

Ive done 3500 miles with this "clunk", yes its annoying, but they work fine and stop me dead. I have no fear that they will let me down I am assuming its the pads rocking on the guide pins? Not the pads coming off the calipers, i think if that were thecase, you would get a slight spongy feeling when you applied the pedal as the "slack" would need to be taken up first.

Has MORE than 366 days passed? If so i believe there is NO re-course in obtaining monies/goods from an individual after 365 days. I maybe wrong, but thats what i understand the law to be....

Same happens on mine. I ve checked it twice and alls fitted correctly,now i just live with it. Think doogyrev has same issue too?
