I called my local dealer last weekend to get ideas of costs etc for when I buy and he quoted £350 for a p2 I asked what this involved and he said brake fluid and coolant change. and? I said to which he replied "errrr we look at the wheels and errrrrr under the bonnet" you could just tell they dont do anything else! defo wont be going to a nissan stealer for my services!

Ha Ha These have reminded me of a story I was once told about a pub landlord who put a similar thing up above his urinals but he thought he would embarrass his punters even further and rig them up to a light above the bar so when anyone copped a grope the whole pub would know!! Priceless

I've been with admiral for a few years now with my 106 quiksilver and as mentioned unless you prompt them they just go a bit higher each year! Just had a qoute for a 350gt,fully comp and protected at £355 result!

Hi everyone, Need some advice,I have finally persuaded a client of mine to part with his zed which is great as have been chasing him for 6mths! He has said he needs to mot and tax it then Im welcome to test drive and talk money with him. Problem is it has not moved off his drive for at least 4mths maybe more and after the cold winter we have had is there any major problems I should be aware of when I check it over? I'm thinking pitted discs due to rust,battery probs etc? Its on a private plate but think its 2003/2004 gt. Many thanks

I've wanted a boxster for ages drove one and nearly bought it on the day! Did some research and service/parts costs etc priced me out. Drove a zed a week later and thought it was so much better and thats why i'm on this site. I see boxsters everyday and am glad that I am going to choose a car that you hardly see out and about! But do still like them so congrats and enjoy..if the sun ever returns!

Thanks for the thread I have been thinking about the same thing as I love these wheels (even tho still havent found my zed yet!) I think they look great on the sunset and as for the direction who can look at both sides at the same time anyway?!!

Along in Bognor Regis! I have a car in mind and have first refusal on it when my client sells so just need to discuss a price with him and hopefully I will be able to become one of "the Family" Its a 53reg sunset gt. Very clean and golf club miles only on it so really clean! Insurance on my current car runs out at the end of march so thats my target! Just got to grow some balls and convince him to sell for a bargain!!

my dad has 5 classic bikes and he's always happy with a tube of autosol!! Plenty of chrome to get rusty on those old things!

yeah I lived there for a couple of years and couldnt believe the prices! Got fed up riding my bike in the rain,wind and snow so had to make the move home. Great country tho and the women are gorgeous!

Silver or gunmetal zed today 19/10/09 heading into steyning west sussex at 12pm. Only caught it in my rear view but looked like it had a corvette front end? Anyone on here and is it a kit option or personal mod?

I mite be going off the subject a bit so sorry if I am but why are the heated seats not worth pursuing? I am after a gt spec and am attracted to all the mod cons! Simple things but the heated seats do wonders for the farmers!!!
