fraid so, i bought a couple of blanks off ebay and thought id get them cut and programmed in bit they work on a different bandwidth and are slightly bigger, anyone know where to get a blank replacement jdm key from as dont like the idea of having only one

will they be copied from a english key or a jdm because there a different size and take different batterys

LOL i have a jdm so i dont get much radio anyway. I was thinking about getting a booster for the strength once I get my new hu fitted. I only listen to radio1 and radio4 so hopefully it will be ok. yeah im the same with a jdm! ive got a bandwidth expander but not had the time to pull the dash apart to fit it to the bose! might aswell do it when i get an s2000 one though and hopefully be able to sort it all at once

i have the same ariel! it is absolutly useless cant get nothing on it! gonna have to change it soon

hi all, my 03 jdms main speedo doesnt tell the correct speed, its pretty badly out, it read 23 when im doing 30, 58 when im doing 70 and 70 - 90 mph and so on, the digital one in the computer reads preety much bang on, i was wondering is it possible to get the main speedo recalculated without affecting the digital one? i presume that it was recalculated when it came of the boat to pass the test so prob didnt get done properly then? ive got the true speed of what im doin from my sat nav so would be nice to get it sorted Cheers Russ

does anyone know how to take off the plastic 'B' pillars? i want to take them off so i can carbon skin them. im starting on something easy before i decide on whether to attempt the wing mirrors

i need a side wing repeator, not the reflector type but the sort that is standard below the z badge! ned the whole thing due to wing being repaired and not a new one fitted???? whats that all about?!

i was thinking of going for the envy copy of the lip! ill look into the wing mirrors! ive been looking at skinning them myself but saw a video of it on youtube and quickly went off that idea lol

has anyone got carbon wing mirrors, either skinned or wrapped not fussed which? im after the orignal wing mirrors that are carbon not another style! i want to get them and also a mines carbon front lip! any pics would be nice

ive just booked my z into the bodyshop to have £600 worth of work done! if i hadnt i would have bit your hand off up to the elbow!

problem solved! my battery isnt fixed down so it slides about in its enclosure. it turns out when i accelerate hard it gets thrown to the back of the enclosure and it has created a bit of a loose connection on the negative terminal! if i slide it back into place its fine! recommend your try that

it just happened to me mines an 03 jdm aswell, i was driving alongand then all power goes! none of the lights come on but when i put my foot on the accelerator nothing happened i put the clutch down and it died! it started straight away and was fine after that, it has been pissing down today so might be a bit of damp in a connection somewhere?

yeah i do, ones the jdm sat nav dvd drive which is useless, and the other is a mini disk changer which is also useless because i dont actually own a mini disc

yeah its a bose system but im not sure whether the speakers were blown, they didnt sound very good. i should have run new cables all the way through! i have the cables and everything but was feeling lazy so didnt bother! it was a bit racking drilling holes in the rear quarter panels for the tweeters but im happy how it turned out!

can anyone tell me is there a difference between the k1 and k2 exhausts? is it just the noise or is it the fact the k1 has removable baffles? how does the k1 sound with the baffles in? i want a nice noise but not a really loud one if you get my drift
