Jesus Christ, that is bad. In response to a comment above, how the hell can any car wash state, that you use their service at your own risk? You are paying to have the car washed FFS! Not destroyed!!! I would never use a car wash, I wash my own car and would not let anyone else near it, but that's not the point, their bloody car wash did this to your car, not you, so you make sure they pay to have it repaired, do not let them of with this, their F N useless wash should have sensors to detect that your car is not in the correct position, for it to operate without damaging you car. Take the bastards to court, if they don’t pay up.

I hope this is in the right section. ******************************* Hi guys and girls I have a few questions, I need advice from people who know what I should do. Last week, me and my mechanic took of my diff, opened it up, took out the shim that was already in it, put in another shim same size and one extra shim, replaced the oil and put the diff back on. Took the car out for some fun and OMG it was amazing, it was like driving with a 2-way or wielded diff, no give on either wheel, both were locking up lol, The car was like a different animal, it went sideways, when I wanted and went where I wanted, when drifting and it would diff “donoughts†on command, For example, sideways and 30 on a straight then accelerator off, drop speed to about 10 MPH, still sideways, flick the wheel in the other direction and floor it, into a diff, it diffed perfect both ways on demand and even into figure eights. So her comes the bad news, you could not drive the car normally, trying to turn at slow speeds or park, was a nightmare, all you could hear were the wheel skipping and the car would jerk back and forward suddenly, as either wheel would skip, depending on which way I was turning. I had to take the second shim out and now the car just wont do as I want, when I want to have a bit of fun, it’s one wheeling again, so when I try to drift or diff, only one wheel is spinning, most of the time. My questions are. If I put the second shim back in, so it will act like a two-way diff again, what’s the worst that can happen? Could the diff more or less explode, destroying the diff internals? If shimming is not the way to go, what do I do? There is no way, I’m forking out up to £1500.00 for a two-way diff that fits a 350Z. Four of my mates have skylines and they picked up second hand 2-way diffs for around £200.00. Surly there has to be some option, where I could use the internals from a 2-way diff, from a different make of car. And just one other we thing, what I’m really looking for is a two-way diff that will lock up on acceleration, so turning and parking at slow speeds is not a problem. Any help will be appreciated. these cars never used to do it for me but since i now hang around with so many €uro boys lol, they have grow on me and I like them, btw very good detailing work there

i'm just thinking, strange that you bought a car from here because it's usually the other way around lol cars are usually alot cheaper over there, than what we pay here. Good luck with your new Z

If your vehicle needs to be re-licensed, you will also need to include the relevant re-licensing form, documents and payment with your application. The form V561(NI) is no longer applicable when vehicles are moving between NI and GB. Moving a vehicle from GB to NI If you are moving your vehicle from GB to NI, you only need to fill in the change of address section on your V5C and send the completed Certificate to any DVA Local Office, or post to DVA, Coleraine BT51 3TA as your vehicle is staying in the United Kingdom. the clarion is grounded through its case, which makes contact with the metal suround, when it's inserted, took me a while to work that one out when i was replacing mine lol

yep as above. when i swaped my HU, i had to run a new earth wire from the HU to the metal surrond in behind where the HU goes.

lol, we usually have a fella with us in a van, to change tyres lol, part worn @ 20 - 30 each, just so we can burn them off, lol

yea, tell me about it, bloody number plates ohh and i dont' know how much you lads can get away with over there but If you're cought in N.Ireland without your number plate on your front bumper, it's a fine, even if you have it on your dash or sun visor i went with a off set square plate on mine but i might just change back to a standard one and move it to the middle.

i'm gona stick with them alloys but yea it does need lowered. it's still a work in progress i've many other ideas that i would like to try out but as always, money money
