Think long and hard. Bought a JDM Sunset '03 in the summer for £8500 and it's everything I want. Have spent £1000 on modding/upgrades (something I've never done in my life before this) Whatever you buy you will want to fiddle with interior/extrior/performance etc. I'd spend around £10k if I were you and then go mental with the add-ons.

Not sure if it's "right" or not but yes, it is about 5mm in at the centre top. Fitter said the double-DIN facia I bought from Sextons didn't fit. I'm ok with it but if someone has fitted this unit and has made it completely flush all round, I'd like to know how.

Forgot to say. It is supplied with ipod wire which comes out in centre cubby!! All tucked away with no USB stick or wires. We decided not to use the double din facia as I want to make a security cover and need a little gap around the edge for fitting. Will post another photie when I've made it.

Agree with the last 2. Doesn't need performance mods as it's got all the power you'll ever need. Make it lighter if you can, give it beter tyres, brakes and suspension.

Can you confirm the part numbers for the non-Brembo EBC Turbo Grooves? I've got GD7120 for front and GD7121 for rear. If this is right, how much delivered for the set?

Dan at Dage Motor Services in sunny Weston. He charged me £21.26 to put my K1 on and has done stuff for free before for me and Mel with her MX-5. I was in there yesterday and he spent 20 minutes fiddling with the K1 'cos it wasn't level. No charge. I'm sure you'd get on like a house on fire!

Thanks Sunset. Literally just pressed the buy button through Sextons - £188.99. Got all the bits and will have it fitted next week along with Honda stubby, P2 service and sound sound-proofing 'cos just bought a K1 exhaust!!!!!
