  1. The door is not primed and the boot is slightly off because that's the way it was made. We will see if we can make it line up a bit better though. Ray
  2. By now the door was fitted and aligned, new rear quarter has been put in place, aligned, welded in, joints sealed, welds cleaned up, side skirt put in place and introduced with first layer of fibreglass...
  3. This page? https://www.facebook...9254909?fref=ts Is that special offer going to be only for when you combine the lot? I have a bumper in primer which I'm interested in having done. Not that one. https://www.facebook...RTPerformanceUK & https://www.facebook.com/groups/390546467676993/ Call us if you want to discuss in more detail.
  4. I am in the process of announcing a special offer for front re-sprays (bumper, bonnet and wings) on facebook. For more information, join us of facebook as our liked members are the ones who get to hear about it first. Ray
  5. A9HRX can you show me a picture of your manifold pls?
  6. Give us a call when you roughly know Haydn so we can pencil you in.
  7. I just need the colour code to do what ever colour you like Hayden. I should point out that for new products like this does take quite some time though. Last time we developed new braces it took nearly 4 months from from development, production and delivery to the UK.
  8. Tis compliments like this that makes you realise that the money was worth it
  9. Any more takers on this?
  10. Arch rolling starts from £50 per arch. We normally need to see the car to asses the paint work before suggesting what else needs to be done such as under seal, blending or repairs if needed. In your case Ian as the car's going to be painted anyway it's not a bad idea to do this before hand as a future preparation. Ray
  11. Not many of you know that we offer an arch rolling service. Matt has a very nice stance but occasionally the rear clips he edge of his rear tyres which can eventually be hazardous. This is the actual lip which is being addressed. See how there is a 90 deg lip going inwards? The aim is to roll this lip up to a V shape without distorting the arch lines or damaging the paint. This is how it looks rolled Other Side On the outside you wouldn't even notice Now for the main part. Matt is going for our Amuse front bumper. Here it is fresh out of production. No modifications at all and being test fitted. Once that was done, we did all the usual prep work before spraying New mesh And then it was on
  12. We've started work on your car too Ian. Seperating the outer layer was not easy and took a long time.
  13. No you are quite rite. In some places ther is about a 1mm gap which youll never be able to get rid of because you are putting a hard horizontal edge to a soft vertical bumper. The gap varies from bumper to bumper and will change as you drive. There is also a stone on our workshop floor and my shaddow in one of the pics buy hey, we can live with that.
  14. Last week we had Hennerz 350Z for a small make over. He had bought him self a set of used Rota GTR's along with some spacers. Our task was to referb hem in black, fit them with some nice rubbers and install one of our mines style front lip which was also painted in gloss black. So here is our Mines lip Pre facelift version unpainted fresh out of production, un-trimmed black gel coated and test fitted. And here are the rims to be black painted but first sand blasted, primed and ready to spray. Car up in the air ready for assemble, spacers, wheels and front lip. a self tap screw for added support Nice stance A quick complimentary wash. (Not a detail) Then let it shine! Now it doesnt end there. On Saturday we had Tinyflyer over too for a fitting of his facelift Mines style front lip. His one needed a bit of trimming to clear the front grill he has on. Result! Two happy customers
  15. Rear quarter ordered and work began today
  16. yeah that was the pre facelift. Here are pics of the the facelift I just took today not screwed on or glued down. Just clipped over.
  17. Im afraid you are going to have to wait till the carbon ones are done then because at the moment we only have fibreglass ones being made in the UK. any pics of the fibreglas facelift ones fitted? Fitting one rite now
  18. GB is closed and order has been processed. I can't add anyone to the carbon GB but I can honer some of the fibreglass ones as they're being made rite now with a few spare. Sending you a PM Pnthrblkzs and WINKJ.
  19. lol. Then how about an Arc true duel system? We have one on ours.
  20. Sorry I think you've misunderstood me. Im not saying it needs to be max pressure just dont exceed it. Ive alwasy been told that the wider and lower profile, the pressure should be a bit more. Of course its dependant on the type of car and load it has. See this chart of BMW cars which vary from 15" narrow to wide 19". http://www.puretyre.co.uk/bmw-tyre-pressures But if you have stock rims its best to go by the figures written in the door shut or enter your reg here http://www.kwik-fit.com/tyre-pressure.asp
  21. We have our stock system somewhere in our shelf from our build. Let me double check for you Monday
  22. on the tyre it should say max pressure. Just make sure you dont exceed it. General rule is the lower the profile the greater the pressure should be.
