  1. Why do you laugh at them? Great cars.
  2. Im getting some DC sports manifolds fitted so Il tell you how Im getting on.
  3. stay away from fli and the likes. Expensive or "better" speakers arent always better. E.g. In my first car I ran Mb quart preimums and they sounded awesome. For my clio I ran Infinty Perfects which where more expensive but I didnt like the sound they gave out. It was very detailed but a little harsh and strile. If you buy second hand then you will have enough for a sub. Also you only need to sound deaden the doors really IMO.
  4. Talkaudio. Also dynamats ok but on TA there is a guy called loudboy ask him for some 2.5mm foil backed deadening. Much better cheaper too.
  5. Get on TA and buy all your stuff second hand. Will be very very good stuff if you shop around.
  6. I like the work thats gone into the amps, but I perfered them before all granitey and speckly

    Car Shampoo!

+1 Duragloss is great. I love the smell also. I have used the bilt hamber stuff and that does a good job.
  10. Not sure if this helps but what about a bmw V8? the 4.4 v8 used in the 740 and 540. I think they are near 300bhp already. Can be tweaked pretty easily to make more and its the basis of the new FI M engines.
  11. just buy a sticker helps out the forum
  12. Got mine done not so long ago. Its like 11litres and its about 10quid a litre. I took it to nissan because after trawling the web everyone said stick to the matic-J fluid.
  13. wouldn't be able to tell you but another hassle would be your need to fit a throttle cable stock ECU can work with fly by wire but your also need a vacuum pump to suuply vacuum for the brakes. In my view on a road car waste of time and money. Ahh ok cheers.
  14. Ok! great. So lets say its in a box compared to open air, would I lose any possinble bhp? Im going to price up some ITBS .
  15. you have linked to 19's and the OP wants 20's.
  16. Just a question, I know you can run uprev for an FI car as there is still 1 TB but could UPrev run ITB's?
  17. Ian is that DE running ITB's? if so a link please.
  18. 4th of august? I should be up to that but will let you know nearer the time
  19. true, Im sure my mum goes drifting when she drives my car
  20. you have choose 2 different types of cars there. Fast tourers e.g. the 350z and supra and a more performance orientated s15. S15 will be the fastest standard and with a bit of money thrown in. If you want faster the supra needs alot of money but you can get alot of bhp. Biggest change will be driving style although the 350 doesnt have a turbo it still has low down grunt. Also JDM's usually make a few extra bhp.
  21. thats not cool doing that to a mother. A gf or wife is a different story

    Mk2 (06+) Airbox

I think someone did, but not on this side of the pond! Sure if would be quite easy to fabricate, or someone must make one that would fit in the z-tube... Difference The 06 is on the right BTW Weird how such a small piece of metal makes such a big difference. If someone has made them then a group buy might be in order.
