  1. Forgot to add, there was literally no exhaust note from it in comparison to the uk ones
  2. Which fat burners are they? I need to try them. None of the over the counter ones seem to do anything these days. Where as back in the day most of them contained stimulants like speed etc to make you rush around everywhere & loose calories. Its the ones with Ephedrine in them........they're banned in many countries as they've effectively got Amphetamines in them. Apparently they send you loopy. I've tried that testosterone booster as well (see if I could grow some pubes).........they give you whacky dreams. Basically its all a load of shite..........like the ebay modders sticker says, you want "built not bought" If your wanting testosterone, best just getting injections. T400 or similar. Training on steroids is hard. People think its cheating but its not. Your diet has to be perfect an you have to train very very hard. Most over the counter stuff is crap. Black mamba and t5's are usually available from behind the counter at most bodybuilding stores. They are an e.c.a stack and cause crazy nightmares, depression etc as your are literally taking speed. Start doing squats Ricey, it makes your test levels go up. Legs are very important when training but probably the most forgotten about tbh as you end up in agony or a week afterwards.

  4. +1 I have sold tons of stuff on here for profit. It was still cheaper than you could get it elsewhere. I bargain hunt all the time with the view of making money from stuff.
  5. The fat burners make you high as a kite and give you the heart rate of a serial killer on a job. T5's are poison! They also give you a massive come down like you've been on a coke binge everyday. The person on here who I have spoken to that knows more than almost anybody I've ever spoken to is T-price. He's even selling his supercharged zed to fund his bodybuilding career. His training partner is an absolute monster also lol. I think the last time I spoke to him he was on about 6k calories or more a day

  11. Syntha 6 is literally the only shake you can possibly use without wanting to vomit! Choc peanut butter ....ooooom.....nooooom yeah mate it super tasty. Even phd stuff that tastes nice originally, you end up going off it and also it makes your shakers smell like sick. Bsn doesnt leave a stench at all
  12. I would be having it BEFORE I went to the gym due to not being able to eat a proper meal until after 8pm. eating after 8 is gonna be your biggest battle. Need to try and have something well before then as you will be storing anything you eat. You really need to try and eat more regular and smaller portions to get your metabolism up. Then once youre content and happy you will be able to control your diet and avoid eating so late etc as you wont feel as hungry as you've had all the intake you need during the day.

All the american stuff usually tastes great but has more sugar in them. BSN Syntha 6 is by far one of the best I have tasted. Check out PHD diet whey also most of there stuff unless it contains cream flavour is really tasty. Smart-tec whey fx banana is awesome also.
  15. do your weights first nixy, you'll burn energy doing that and then when you go to high energy stuff you will burn fat alot quicker as you've already burnt all your energy. You need carbs regardless of what people say. No carbs is bad for you. You need a balanced diet with a decent amount of all carbs, acids, protein, fibre, sugars.. Good carbs come from fruit etc but you just need to be careful with your sugar intake. Watch how much saturates you're eating as those are the bad fats

  17. I'm on over 4000 calories a day at the moment and 8 small meals, some of which are replaced with protein shakes. Ive lost over 2 inches in my waste in just over 4 weeks. Put 2 inches on my chest and back though now 48 inches around the chest
  18. Agree, however there stupid traffic management system really annoys me, also due to the fact that there is 4 others sharing my connection, it ends up capped all day! Only certain packages get capped. Once you get to a certain speed and cost they don't cap you. I get it mega cheap as my missus used to work for them.
  19. Not all are high calorie and most will be substantially lower than your meals. The calories is something you need to train, the difference is the type of stuff that's giving you the calories. You get good energy and bad energy
  20. Yep Jason's right. You have a 20 min window before your muscles start to eat themselves . Literally lol. Luckily bsn syntha 6 has 6 different proteins so the one before the gym is still working when your training and once you are finished. If you want something to make you work harder try mutant nox from anabolic legions. I have this 20 mins before training and it really makes you want to work hard.
  21. Virgin fibre optics all the way. Can get I've 100MB these days and it doesn't slow down like an Adsl connection
  22. Protein shake about 45 mins before going to the gym and then something low carb, low fat for tea afterwards. Some very tasty protein shakes out there that are meal replacements. I use BSN syntha 6 which tastes like a McDonald's strawberry milkshake. Even though your female you would still benefit from these. You could even have a double shake for a dinner after the gym instead of a meal.
