sounds like a sensible plan although i think with some help from the forum the interior could be sorted for not a massive amount of money? I cant imagine they would get far with that considering the slightly dodgy nature of the prize they gave you. anyhow best not to talk of these things in public forum.

as stated put the work in i think it will be so rewarding, first things first. have a fire and throw the interior in it! suppose you need new driver & passenger seats, you could try taking the covering off the door cards if you think they didnt bother glueing it? if they did of course new door cards is a must. i couldnt figure out what on earth they had done behind the seats but i'd just get stuck in and rip it all off leaving whatever is underneath showing, it cant be any worse than the way it is at the moment. As for the crash damage etc, i'd just throw max power to the papers with a sob story tbh, you'd maybe make the money on the story to pay for the repair of the car?

i like the OEM look aswell, i changed my interior lights to be white, looks oem. i could have gone for blue or green or anything really but i thought this looked more in keeping with the zed. a polished plenum is really nice aswell, its surprsing how much of a difference it makes

the original nismo wing of this style doesnt actually clear the boot if i remember correctly it has foam pads in between the tips and the boot metal. this may be different i dont know. Sorry to go OT but from what I found searching my350z: cheshirecat79: "Just a note- the V1 JDM version should not touch the hatch on either side. The tips will be about 3/16ths or 1/2'' from the hatch." So I take it most people have the USDM version as mine is the only one I have seen so far that doesnt touch Makes sense I suppose as the USDM/JDM sideskirts are different too ahh, i was looking at stichy's wing which is nismo original at the WM meet and that definitely is intended to touch. so the US does touch the boot where as the JDM doesnt.
