having run a car with mixed nankangs and re040's i can absolutely confirm everything you have written, the nankangs being on the front made the car wildly understeer in the dry and then the bridgestones being on the back made it wildly oversteer in the wet. utterly ruins the car, glad i finally got rid. great write up, hope people use some common sense now.

i like the font in the one above (smudges) more than the font in the yellow one maybe they are the same though, so small its hard to imagine anyone noticing

Hey guys, I need some lugs knocked out of my hub from some spacers and then need the whole thing aligned etc afterward. I fancy keeping my tyres as long as possible so want it done well does anyone know somewhere near coventry i can get them properly done with the lasers My biggest problem is that im now terrified to give the car to a garage i dont know through fear of them ruining my wheels cheers

yeah no reason why not easily done as all the power supply is already there. depends on how bright you'd want it really. No they arent recessed as that would have prevented the nice spread of light unless i added some form of fitting which would have added cost. Although much is possible, to keep it to a decent price there are limits

I'm just that good Prob to do with the fact they are 10.5 and 9.5 wide with bigger tyres and more aggressive offsets bud Also i dont have a lip on mine which kind of lets them flow out to the tyre and look bigger i think

I was just going to ask the same...doesn't the Exedy 'chatter' a bit below 2krpm? mine doesnt quiet as a mouse and a beautiful feel to it! EDIT: its the lightweight flywheels that chatter below 2k
