Cheers Dave, Lucky you finding the codes, haven't got that luck, have been told there are a few locksmiths around who maybe able to get the codes of the vin number and other numbers on the BCM Cheers Can't believe Nissan Dealerships, spoke to 3 different dealers and only one was helpful the other two just palmed me off saying they may be able to help but it would take that long that it would be easier for me to do it myself but advised me not to try Nissan UK or Nissan EU. Some how my Japanese isn't too good so a BIG CHEERS FOR THE HELP Mr Dealers

Hi Guys, second thread to previous posts ref Import Z not starting. The Z is now in a highly recommended Auto Electrics Garage and the guys need the Immobilizor Key code and have contacted Nissan who have informed the time it would take would be between 4 - 6 weeks to get the code from Japan. Does anyone know any other way to get the code????

Update on the Trouble starting problem / Garage had the Z for a few days and sods law the car started every time but once plugged in to the ecu three error codes came up. P1610 P1614 P1615 Immobilizer Malfunction Looking at going to dealer but being import unsure if they will diagnose correctly and can always be expensive, Since coming out of the garage car is playing up again and seems worse so this week needs to go in hopefully once it starts

Well cheers for informing of the BCM Was there a few years back what a great place didn't think it was expensive these days to get to Magaluf. The only BCM iv'e heard of is the club in Majorca so Please enlighten me or just call me dumb, preferbly the first Cheers and how are the wheels

Hi Mike, noted and took on board. At my trusted garage thursday and will get them to check the Battery, the engine turns over but nothing which as an example like the starter ( just turning but not starting), can leave for a minute and then hey presto starts or after locking then unlocking car on the alarm fob will start but not every time. Hopefully the trusted guys at the garage will diagnose the problem, my first thought was the alarm but after clifford techs have looked and explained that the fuel pump and electrics come on fine as per normal the problem is not the immobiliser or alarm. Thought i would of seen you at the Krispy Kreems meet last sat.

Have looked at previous posts on 350's with problems starting. Since the big freeze the Z doesn't start everytime. The car has a clifford alarm and all power is fine and the electrics and fuel pump come on when the ignition is turned but sometimes the car won't start. How strange!!! There is no pattern on when it won't start and is totally random, Clifford techs have had a look and have ruled out the alarm and immobiliser so next step a vehicle sparky. Will post up the outcome to help others who may come across the problem

Hi Guys, Ive been in Chester for three months, the Z hasn't been out much until 2 weeks ago when my run around broke down so have been using it daily for 2 weeks, ive seen a few around and have waved to a silver Z last week, i'm in Dee Hills centre of town and would meet up with other Zs in the area. Hello All, Recently got a 350Z and loving it, after having 2 years with a Mazda RX7 which i thought was great but the 350 is fwoar. Just moved to Chester and the Z will be seen around the city and also north wales but mainly on weekends definately not the everyday car. looking forward to the meets and looking forward to speaking to you other Z lovers.

Wales Gutted have just heard about the meet and to top it off was parked up in layby on the A485 dual carriageway near wrexham at 11am today using the phone when 2 x Z's passed and tooted so tonight thought there was a club meet and poo missed it, I live in chester and have recently bought a 350Z pearl white and Black trim and bonnet. next time eh Got converted from a Mazda RX7 to the Z this year and love it (Tricky) Hope you all had good time
