That's Brilliant .. I've had a few occassions where a Porsche has been driving past with the driver looking at the Zed ... My Boss has a Porsche too, and is always going on about having a race etc ... LoL

Very informative post ... I've been considering the UPRev reflash for some time now but always thought that some engine modifcations were necessary in order to see any gains ...

I've currently got the Yellowstuff pads and Ultimax disc combo on my Zed and have been very pleased with the stopping power compared to the standard setup ... Got mine supplied and fitted by CS and I'm Very happy with them! Oh and the Ultimax discs look so much nicer than normal discs too!

It's well worth the time and effort .. I clayed my Zed for the first time last weekend and the results were amazing ... My Zed is still looking clean even though it's been raining for the past 2 days .. the water just comes straight off once I start driving ...

No worries mate ... It's worth finding out for yourself though as I could have just been speaking to an idiot ... LoL I think the Zeds with the later Sat Nav models, like the post 2006 ones are upgradable to the current maps .. but at an extortionate cost ...

I've got the Birdview system in my 2004 Zed and have previously enquired about updating it from Nissan .. Depending on which unit you have, there are only a limited amount of update options ... For my older Xanavi unit (remote controlled) .. Nissan quoted me somewhere in the region of £300 for the update DVD ... and even then the maps were only the 2006 versions ... The whole unit would need changing if I wanted current maps ... It's been mentioned many times before but I think it's by far the best option to go for one of Nurrish's systems .. Might be worth calling Nissan to see what they say though ...

Yeah it can be frustrating when trying to add weight ... especially since some friends have it so easy .. but on the plus side, when it comes to loosing that extra bit for holidays etc, it's really easy for me ... and I much prefer being ripped and smaller compare to a load of mass ... It's all down to body types and genetics as well ... I know if I were ever to stop training and eating properly ... I would naturally loose weight and size until I reached my previous tall and skinny state ... whereas I have friends who if they stopped ... would naturally add lots of bad weight ... I don't mind too much ... It's not meant to be easy otherwise everyone would look muscluar and ripped etc ... LoL

+1 I've been hitting the gym for 2 years now and have been religious about my diet and training etc ... I was trying to bulk from August through to March and was able to add some decent weight ... now it's better weather and almost holiday time I've been incorporating some cardio into my workouts ... Getting your body to build muscle is not easy (for me anyway) .. I think that if I didn't put in 100% effort into it then I'd have little or no results ... The main thing is persistence ...

In terms of diet I would recommend basing your meals around a high protein, low carb diet. Aim to eat at least 5 - 6 meals a day to keep your metabolic rate up .. You can do what ever type of training you want ... whether its Cardio or weights ... but I think doing about 30 minutes of Weight training before some cardio works well for overall weight loss ... You've gotta be strict with your diet as well ... although you can have a cheat meal once a week if you need to ...

I had something similar .. turned out to be something stuck in my brakes ... Since having the front discs and pads changed it doesn't do it anymore ...
