i once tinted front lights with a film,total stupid thing to do.

i have a set of them aswell,only test fitted them but fit really well and look good,i also got clear corner lights but look daft so am going to tint them.

its about time the goverment invested in doctor martin boots and got them lazy pigs to get out and do their job that thay get over paid to do and stop crime ,not make money for these fat useless money wasters we call our government,

if your worred about them fogging up just put some sealer round the lenses,i think thay will be ok ,these lights are made by anzo www.andysautosport.com this place sells them and tells you all about them,thay sell quite a few differant types of lights, why fit 2006 lights go for something that makes your car look good,dont be a sheep

you can flock on top of flock so its east to mix colours,other way is to mask it of but you wont get a good line,you can flock anything even a headliner,i think sparkle black looks good, if you had an embosed type of badge and pressed it in to the flock while the glue is still soft it flattens the flock in to the glue and looks like a brand mark. Hmm would be smart to have the 350z logo embossed into the passenger side dashboard. R you could do it like a brand mark or stencil another colour on top of the main colour.am going to do my car when i get the time,

well you could buy a few z's for gt-r money never driven the new gt-r but i still want one

i had a faster car and bought a Z

it should plus your looking at different vinyl. the old ford roofs like the metro were a leather style vinyl and they were glue adhesive. they also allowed for water ingress. the newer vinyls are more effective as they almost cause a seal between the vinyl and the panel. i've never heard of vinyl causing sweat issues. only thing i have seen is whenits removed its kept the paint underneather protected from the sun and so you can still see where it was after, most noticable with things like lettering. yep i see wat you mean,

thing is you need 2,dont know if it would fit but a welder would make it fit lol,would a cat do anything for a na car ?

would it be possable to buy second hand pair of skyline gtr standard turbos for £200 as every gtr owner upgrades to steel(easy to buy)then get a good welder to mod a pair of manifolds to suit get an intercooler and a piggyback and map ,maybe need injectors and bigger fuel pump but it could be done.

just a thought ,could these vinyl wraps maybe cause the panels which are wraped to sweat and cause rust ? remember the vinyl roofs on old fords,when taken off the whole roof seemed to have rust on it,atleast by skinning with carbon the resin would totaly seal,so carbon and panel would become one part,just a thought.

i dont understand why an import can be cheeper as the condition is always better than a uk car at the same age,i have had 6 imports,i was told by an mot inspector that my car at the time which was 10 years old was as good condition as a 2 year old uk car ,he said all the bushes etc were like new,most uk cars start to rust after the first winter,

got a brand new 100 cell cat which i bought for my gtr skyline but never fitted it £100 or swap something for my Z,also got 2 turbo elbows pay postage and get them for free.

all i was trying to say was that the Z is not a race car but a good drivers car,i dont see the point raceing other cars with it as i know it couldent match a performance turbo car,i feel the Z is more a mature drivers car,i wouldent dream about fitting a turbo,theres more to driveing than just power,yep am getting old lol

wat i like about the Z , its not a race car but a good drivers car,its good to go for a drive and enjoy the drive,compared to a performance turbo car the Z is so so tame,the Z is my second na car in ten years,i really like it but its no match in performance compared to a performance turbo.i know as i have had a few races with Zs and a Z never won.
