Well this thread certainly brightened up an otherwise mediocre tueday night!

ha! thanks for saying it looks good Martin! it took 2 of us around 4 hours to do 2 cars (also his 08 astra vxr). Needless to say his silver car took a LOT less work! Had to leave the wax on the zed for around 40mins before it was workable/buffable!

Well being as it was such a nice day! i got the cleaning bug too! But a black zed is ridiculous to clean..... it was so hot that after rinsing off the shampoo by the time i'd folded the cow hide there were dry water marks everywhere!!! Got most of them but my car has a habit of pi$$ing itself from the rear wiper arm around 10minutes later just to annoy me........ needs a good claybar when i have time also, dont think the last owner was too kind.... apologies for the iphone pic (shine is made to look incredible) no camera available. Of course this wont last long because as soon as there is any rain, dampness, clouds, morning dew, a child splasing in a puddle, the car will be wrecked....... damn black.......

You cleared em with a whip and not a 360? damn! I'm fairly decent on a bmx, often up my local park and go to shows n stuff, i can whip and 360 but would have deffo attemped the whip before a 360! whip is like so up there on my tricks list, anything that involes dis-engaging feet from pedals is heavy props to ya! Do you find its mainly women and Louis that use the Galileo vibrating machines? Always women on it! they get sucked into believing that standing on that board for 4 minutes is the same as doing my hours worth cardio and 45mins weight sesh.......... suckers....

We have a couple of sets of these at our gym, but the women used to virtually que up to get on em! i think i had only one good sesh on them until a couple of weeks ago, when we got one of the Galileo vibrating boards installed, now they are "always" free

And as i have about as much knowledge as a 7 year old school girl about how or what i need to do this i was after some help What exactly do i need? can i just purchase some lowering springs, or, do i need to get a lowing kit? or coilover kit? And how much of a dent is this going to put in my pocket? 500 quid with the labour? Any help much appreciated

Should be very good this year! Glad they scrapped the "most wins" rule, and got it back to the original format, be interesting to see if the Kerrs systems works for the teams that use it, compensating for the added weight, BUT i think the cockpit adjustable front flap this year is ridiculous, considering they ranted about going "back to basics" all pre-season. My prediction, Rubens to win the title in the immensely fast Brawn GP car, (had one in our place a few weeks ago) and retire as a champion! Hamilton has not got much of chance this year i don't think, what with Mclaren being fined what was in essense, all their R&D money for this year, the car is too slooooow
