  1. You loved dressing up as a cowboy as a kid and fulfilled that by becoming a rancher in Texas and you love the sound of your spurs so much you wear them everywhere you go *ching* *ching*
  2. Tomorrow then?
  3. Please please please video the burning Well, if and when I get them, I will make a thread to decide by what means they shall die
  4. Well, how about it? I ain't got nothing better to do today.....
  5. How about wrapping the front bumper twice then, just in case?
  6. That could be a very good cost saving option to be honest. Good thinking Batman! That is of course if you wrap it yourself...
  7. Or "Queen of Slaps"
  8. Well, do you know how to take them out? If you do, we could meet somewhere half way between you and I. Say Services near Brentwood? Junction 28, where M25 meets A12? If you are not busy now, I could be there in an hour...
  9. Summit Strut Brace? Can you be more specific? Cusco? JIC? GT Spec? Ichiban? HKS? ARC? Summit sounds kinda vague.... Nah, just messin. Yeah, Sarah aka Chilli Red should be able to sort you out on that
  10. Oh if you need OEM parts, then PM either R35LEE or ZMANALEX on here. They both have a wealth of advice to offer too. If you are really really desperate to get rid of them lights, I got some standard non LED rears knocking about. I'd swap with you, but only so I can make a video of the destruction of the ugly ones, lol
  11. bhavin won't bite either, he's a nice guy
  12. Standard suspension Mildly lowered on Tein springs
  13. Either the crash bar is missing or you removed it when you took the bumper off. If it is missing, then I suggest you get a replacement as soon as possible
  14. The BBC probably pay them all by the episode and times are tight.... Consider how many supercars are released each year and is it possible to get them to put on the Top Gear track.... Plus there is only so much sillyness you can get upto without being too repetitive. I reckon they should do a series where they pick their most favorite car and do a trip..........oh hang on, they done that already....a few times... I still love the show tho, just don't take it too seriously. They should do a series, an entire series, which involves them picking their really all time fav car of all time and do a trek around the world. They are not allowed to swap for a 4x4 in offroad sections and just soldier on with what they have chosen. Cover all the continents and return to the studio. That should easily yield a minimum of 12 episodes.
  15. Has nobody picked up yet that Clarkson made quite a silly point about the speedo/satnav screen. He kept mentioning that although you knew where you were, you didn't know how fast you were going. But if he had paid attention to the left screen, where he said "...which doesn't interest me at all..." then he would have noticed the speed at the centre bottom of the left screen. Thus you do know how fast you are going, regardless of what the right screen is showing. Quick snapshot of the bit where Clarkson just had the dragrace against James' 430, and says "I have no idea how fast I'm going, but I'm know I'm somewhere near Guildford"

    replacement brake discs next!!!!
  17. "Mango Tango" "Hello Yellow" (but only cos "Mellow Yellow" is outplayed) "Super Lemon" (sorry Jun Auto, had to borrow that...)
  18. Tuning mods are ok too, but it's the discussion about 50kgs here or there that I find bogus. sure you can add tuning mods to create a beautiful engine bay to look at, but don't start discussing weight issues when also thowing in a full set of ICE
  19. Just may 2p's worth, but the discussion about weight is IMO totally bogus. Either you are building a car with comforts or you are building a car for the track, you cannot have both. I know that I will only do some occasional spirited driving and will mostly be a shows for the "let people look at the car" kind of thing. So I won't be worrying too much about the weight.
  20. sure? If the rolling raduis is the same overall, then it should fit. I do the same trek to the tyre fitters when switch over to the Rays for the winter. One 19" Volk on the passenger and one in the boot. Two trips total...
  21. Well, I am going from the logical perspective that since he is fitting a Pioneer HU, he'll probably use an aftermarket adapter loom to wire it in. all he needs to do is follow the srobrien pioneer install thread and Bob's your mothers brother... viewtopic.php?f=27&t=19787
  22. Fail, you could have put one on passenger and one in the boot..... Looking gorgeous mate
  23. Just connect the handbrake signal cable to the ground wire on the adapter loom (read cut end off, cut ground wire and solder everything together)
  24. I was gonna say that....being chinese and all..... Great update Paul, looking forward to the finished result
