  2. Either that or you could make the backing plate thicker and recess the bolt hole slightly, or use some thick double sided foam on the plate to compensate. R

  4. Wow very nice mate, impressive work. Just one question though how far does the bolt petrude out? Will it be an issue when trying to mount the plate? If not i'll take one off your hands Also might have to 'borrow' some anti vibration washers from work to stop it loosening and tilting whilst hooning it. R
  5. Went to inspect why my driver side indicator wasn't working, went to take the bulb out via the top of the headlight then BAM!! the bulb fell out the holder INSIDE the headlight AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! This meant, wheel off, arch off, lower tray off, bumper off, headlight out, skinned knuckles, then reverse!!! AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!! To make it worse the bulb was fine and was just loose, I had gone and bought new silvertec bulbs too! Sometimes I would love to meet the designers of the zed and give them a good slap! R

  23. I think its a totally personal choice It may look like your name to some people and it may not to others but if you're happy with it thats the main thing and as long as you haven't spent a fortune on it then its no big deal. R
