  1. Im confused? Im not really sure of the point in this, I have a sky box sitting under my xbox, why would I watch sky on the xbox? Is it just for the multiroom acess? Which from what I can see you still need to pay a £10pm subscription?!?!?! R
  2. I changed mine without removing the bumper, bit of squeeze though and you need to remove front wheels and arch liners. R
  3. The Greddy Lip could be made of Kevlar but if you drive it into speed bumps its still gonna break Yeah your right but you would expect it to be a bit more durable especially as its designed to sit so close to the ground. R
  4. I've already had my say but I just wanted to add a little extra bit. I totally agree its nice to have nice things, I could quite easily afford to kit my zed out in the best gear from Envy, but why should I? If what I buy is good quality, tried and tested parts then whats the problem? After all its just for appearance and it will be coming off when I sell the car anyway so why should I take a massive hit on the resale value of the parts too. I used to spend a LOT of cash on clothing, for example I would buy pairs and pairs of michko koshino jeans at between £250-350 per pair, each pair lasted about 4-5 months before they started to get washed out, ripped and generally knackered. I still buy designer clothes but I look for quality when I do, now I buy Edwin jeans, they only come in at £90-120 a pair and it is seriously good quality denim, lasts forever. Now my little case in point. My CF bonnet, I bought it from Knight-racer and I DARE any of you out there to find a flaw with it, either in fitment or quality it is just as good if not better than bonnets that cost twice as much. I initially called them to enquire about it and was told I could have it out to me the following day, spoke to Albert direct, the person that actually MAKES the pieces, even got his mobile number and he was very friendly and helpful. Would like to see you try that with Tommy K or the like. As agreed the bonnet was with me by the next day, expertly packaged and fitted right in place, no faffing around or alternations all for £500 which is a good £500 cheaper than the branded alternative, which leaves a nice sum of cash towards a holiday, new house or 5 pairs of jeans . As for my authentic Greddy lip, well.. Remember it works the other way, just because it has a brand and costs a fortune doesn't always mean its any better quality. R
  5. Just make sure its an authentic SWAT vest and not a replica as it will probably be a terrible fit. runs and hides
  6. That would be good it looks sweet! R
  7. Hey, Im heading off down to London to see a band on Sunday, I was just wandering if anyone knows any good rock clubs/nights near Brixton academy that is open on a Sunday night? Cheer R
  8. I think they do it in CF, I have PM'd them about it as well. R
  9. Yeah my car is lowered and as it was an aftermarket lip theres no chance they will pay for it. I took it off and its totally snapped in half so its pretty much beyond repair in my eyes. May get the VS lip from envy but im still undecided. R
  10. U got any close up pics mate? i like the idea of the colour coded edges. R
  11. That'll be cheaper to repair then! No but will be more duarable , i bought the lip damage repaired so its never been strong. R
  12. Its had too much damage now so needs to go, im thinking about something CF maybe? R
  13. Went to pick up a parcel from the postal office this morning and CRACK!! battered my lip off the damn speed hump! Im fed up with it now its the second time its been repaired and its getting too expensive. I need some suggestions on what to replace it with. I really liked the greddy as it was different and suits the agressive v2 spoiler and bonnet but it was perhaps a bit too low. Cheers R
  14. Green and white looks awsome, very different. Here are the rota grids in green on a white scooby:
  15. Got my confirmation email from GAME, its ALMOST HERE!!!!
  16. Whatever the Galley is serving, whatever it is will taste GOOD though as im coming home tomorrow R
  17. No but I know with Pioneer im getting good quality and tested electrical components that has a good warranty. With bodyparts its different, exact replicas are easy to make for a half decent producer. Perhaps if the originals were not so rediculously priced to begin with they would be more accessible. I do however agree that perhaps the reproducers time would be better spend making originals of their own, then there would be plenty of different styles out there to choose from. R
  18. Why should replicas be inferior? I have seen plenty that are great fitment, why should I pay £1200 for a Cf bonnet when I can pay £500 for a replica that is JUST as good quality. Why should I care that it is having an impact on these companies, they charge rediculous prices because they are a brand name, its very little to do with quality they are making serious profits on these parts. Also I find that alot of these companies who have monopolies on brand names have equally inflated prices meaning you are paying over the odds for an over priced piece of carbon or fibreglass because at the end of the day thats all it is. Some people have higher priorities than brand snobbery such as, mortages, family and having a life. Hate replicas all you want but as long as there is over priced 'designer parts' there will always be reps. Get over it. R
  19. By the looks of it the topsecret one and the other one will but i dont think the chargespeed will without modification. R
  20. I would definatly be up for this! Not sure on style though, something similar to chargespeed would be nice. Here are a few ideas: Top Secret: Chargespeed: Same as the one Rik is selling: Personally I like all 3, I guess it just depends how easy it would be to make. TBH though I recon you will stuggle to get 20 definates on here, you may be better selling what you can on here and punting the rest on ebay. R
  21. It would be easy enough to swap your broadband router for a wireless one and get a wireless adapter for your xbox. R
  22. Just weld some razor blades to them. R
