Handfree calls are legal. 370z Phone kit is good but the road noise while trying to talk is a little annoying as you end up shouting or at least getting very loud on motorways

Ye, If you want to save yourself some tears then buy a decent kit If you buy a cheap kit it wont look right unless the bodyshop spend crazy hours trying to make it fit. Falcon had a customer supply a kit from a Trader who is no longer on here. My brother called the trader direct because the kit was that badly fitting it looked like it was for a different model of car! What I'm getting at is buy it from a decent supplier like Paul T as it will save you grief and money in the long run Oh and stay away from ebay

Correct A car does not have to be serviced by a main dealer whilst in it's warranty period. As you said it should have genuine parts fitted If you use a 'Specialist' independant garage then no issues with trade in value etc but if you had say 'Bob the mobile mechanic' stamp in your book or the like then it may affect trade in value. If I was you I would use your father as you know it's going to be done properly and you can't beat free
