yeah i always get water collecting on the sill on both sides when you open the door after washing the car or after its rain and a mini tidal wave comes out from the sill. its not inside the car or anything it just collects on the sill.

nightmare im sorry to hear that here are my thoughts it could be crank shaft position sensor or maybe an air flow sensor? have you put fresh petrol in sinse you got it cause it may have been standing a while in the stealers and could be off.
