  1. i can see your point , but hey everyone needs a break in life sometimes. and looking at the list hardly going to take hours to rectify them
  2. easy to criticize when not knowing 100% whats happened .
  3. maybe this thread should be deleted just out of decency toward both paul and lexx , there were very strong family issues with paul , and i suppose its easy to say he shouldn't have done the detail but ask yourself this question if you were in his position would you have gone to work , thats his living so he endeavoured to do his job . i dont know paul or lexx and a full time detailer myself so can see both sides here , glad its sorted .
  4. nice one that and sonax thats all i ever use
  5. a good friend of mine lives down around there , if you want his details
  6. give ron at motorgeek a call , tell him you know me and ask for a discount ,
  7. ill see if i can find someone local , youll need to get the chips filled in first , plus the area will need wet sanding and then repolishing
  8. water temp not outside lol , we dont get summers here any more lol
  9. as said but then every say fourth wash put them through on a hot wash , comes out good as new all the odd black window rubber marks gone
  10. lol they are mad , rainforest rub and blue velvet are in my armoury , along with the duragloss , job done
  11. or if its just dust , why put anything on it clean MF job done , now look how much ive saved you lol
  12. id go for the pc , as the others are proving unreliable . please dont put a pad on an angle grinder , it will be oh @*!# wheres the nearest body shop
  13. as you lot know im a big fan of the duragloss range , but my shampoo is SONAX , been using it for years
  14. one word DURAGLOSS, absolutely fantastic range of products ,easy on easy off and temperature doesnt matter , plus its not over priced and performs as good if not better than products 5 times its price .
  15. i think a rotary for you guys will be a waste of money , ok you can get cheap ones but you get what you pay for with polishers , plus pads are a tenner each , then the compounds , ask yourself a few questions , have you got the skill to hit your prde and joy without any experience . far easier if your car has swirls / minor defects to get them professionally removed then all you have to do is maintain the result , ive seen countless guys spend a fortune on polishing gear only to use it once then sell it , plus a paint thickness guage is essential and again not cheap . just my opinion guys i hate seeing people waste their hard earned
  16. AG srp is a good filler but that will be ok for light swirls and that , but with a stone chip it will just appear white. only other thing thats springs to mind and im not a fan of is colour magic , at least it might hide the chip
  17. as above , then cut back/ wet sand , bit of hit and miss to the final result , but better than a filler polish as after a few washes it will reappear
  18. theres so many products out there to chose from , as long as you keep on top of it should be ok whatever you decide to use , like you said the heat factor comes into it , but once a week will be enough
  19. the alloys are from a lexus gs 300 sport made by TTE, perfect fit for the supra , stocks are awfull lol
  20. thanks for all the comments guys appreciate any feedback , also with the products that i use , temperature doesnt matter, and ease of application and removal is important to me
  21. just didnt see them on the site no theres nothing on my site , its more of a one to one if the customers want to use the same products
  22. i do offer the products that i use to my customers , as i can pass on a good price due to me buying in bulk
