We receive lots of packages every week, so see the service from the recipients end.

Are you going to be shipping to businesses or domestics? I see quite a difference!

Incidentally, we're having real problems with DHL at present. They used to be clearly the best but they've adopted a new scheme using contractors to do "home delivery". As we're a business in a rural area with mainly residential around us, they insist our packets will now be delivered using this service "adding up to 48 hours" to the advertised Next Day or Economy serivces!! Sorry for the rant!!

We despatch calendars evwery year. Assuming we're talking ones and twos then Royal Mail First Class cant be beaten.

We despatch something like 5,000 packets a year with a loss rate of something like 1 or 2 items per annum.

But do get your packaging right. Rigi-Kraft envelopes were the best but getting difficult to find. Board backed envelopes will spilt and disgorge their contents.

Hope this helps!
