HFC install, O2 spacers?

Having my HFC fitted to my HR on Friday. Really don't want the eml light in all the time, I hear O2 spacers cure this. Should I just fit them straight away?

Next question. Price and supplier?

Cheers

Depending on how far you go with the flow, Spacers will not stop The EML coming on after installing HFCs or Decats. if it does, then it's witch craft! it'll come on at approximately 1000 miles after the install.

Sorry to piggyback onto this.

I've picked up my car yesterday from the guy whom fitted my exhaust.

As soon as I turned the car on the EML light comes on.

I'm using CNT / ERZ Cats, do you think an O2 spacer would work with these?

If the EML light is on will it run lean etc? Can it cause any damage?

If you have a plenum spacer and HFCs and an aftermarket exhaust system with a cold air feed, then yes, it'll run leaner, but the ECU reigns it in a bit which is what brings up the EML. Will it do any damage? No, probably not, even though some members are like old ladies who panic about it and believe it does. Having said that, no zed is the same. No idea if the spacer will work on those de-cats, all i can tell you is, spacers didn't work for my HFCs.
