Removed Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 that's as long as I intend keeping the Z for! Quote
lomoto Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 My guess would be 5 years no cant be that makes it £12700 odd Quote
Gus Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 lomoto, It's worse than that, 53 * 52 * 5 = 13780 ! All depends what the APR is. Just quoting a weekly amount without a period and a rate is not that helpful............. Quote
Revsport Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 I think most of the guys on here would be more interested in a 1 year deal. 12 or 13 payments per year. If you can I would try and push that. Lew Quote

aus73 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Rate is based on 3 year term - can do up to 5 years if you want to bring the payments down - but it is a loooooong time Typical APR is 9%, but does vary depending upon loan term. Guest prescience Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Well that's not so bad Any deposit and final balance payments to take into account? Quote
aus73 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Rate based on 10-20% deposit. I will confirm details with Allan tomorrow and ensure they are posted by 9am. Complete package price is 8,450 GBP fitted, mapped, including VAT and 12 month complete vehicle warranty (covers everything except glass and bodywork), underwritten by Lloyds of London. Quote
Revsport Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 thats realy quite a good deal. peace of mind if your nissan warenty is now void due to mods too. Have you ever instaled a Greddy TT kit??? Quote
aus73 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 We evaluated all of the 350Z TT options, and maintain that APS is the most thoroughly engineered package. In order to offer a complete warranty on the package we must be confident that the parts fitted will be durable and capable for the life of the vehicle - as the warranty is renewable for up to 5 years and 100,000 miles. The APS TT package is the only one that fits the bill in my opinion. We are the largest APS dealers in the UK (based on 2005 APS figures), and remap around 30-35 vehicles per month on the dyno. It is my belief (and that of our underwriters) that any engine failure if it occurs will be a direct result of the ecu programming work on the vehicle - and as such, will be a slim chance at WRC Technologies. However, if the worst does happen, you do not have to put your hand in your pocket for anything - including vehicle recovery costs, and courtesy car costs while your 350Z is being repaired. Hope this helps, Chris Davies Quote
Guest prescience Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Does the cost of the warranty increase year-by-year or is it £x pr year renewable as per insurance (without No Claims Discount presumably ) Quote
aus73 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Cost of the warranty is xxx per year, provided the vehicle is serviced in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Servicing must be done at an authorised Nissan 350Z dealer, or WRC Technologies. Complete vehicle inspection will be carried out when the TT is installed to ensure the vehicle is compliant - and given how new the cars are we don't foresee any problems arising. Quote

WRC Tech Posted March 1, 2006 Author Posted March 1, 2006 Hi Guys After a little discussion , we believe that this route is the best option:- APS TT kit+Oil pan+Plenum+Installation+Air Con regas+12 month full car warranty+vat = £8400 all up. Deposit is 25% or £2100 followed by 36 equal payments of £209.85. Weekly equivalent is £48.42 All of this is subject to credit acceptance of the individual. Typical APR is 12.9% but may vary. The basic kit can of course be done for less but then does not come with the complete car warranty. Regards Allan WRC Tech Silverstone 08709-911797 www.wrc-tech.co.uk Quote
WRC Tech Posted March 1, 2006 Author Posted March 1, 2006 Mike Unsure what that means ? Credit always ends up costing more, particularly unsecured credit. The least expensive methods are :- a] Pay cash outright b] Pay more deposit to lessen monthly The whole thing is aimed at those individuals who have monthly disposable income but do not want to wait 20+ months until they have saved up enough to pay cash. Cheers Allan:D Quote
M13KYF Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 I'm not disagreeing with you. I was just pointing out the total sum which I think is only fair, like any credit agreement must show. Quote
WRC Tech Posted March 1, 2006 Author Posted March 1, 2006 Mike Sorry thought you were having a dig at me [must keep taking anti-paranoia pills] Cheers Allan Quote
