Rear ARB collar? (how to adjust?)

Just doing a few bit and pieces but I can't see how the collar on the stock arb is adjusted. I looks like it's there to prevent the arb sliding.

I know I can chop it off but I guess that's not a good idea.

It's cool, I'll post up a photo of it tomorrow (can't figure it out via the phone).

Actually it was really easy, just used a big screwdriver to move it over a bit more.

I was installing new rear ARB bushings but they are wider than stock, with their own bracket, it was just fouling the collar.

All cool in the end.

Here is the little beasty just in case anyone else finds themselves staring at it wondering how to shift it:

I could feel that there was a gap but I just angled myself a little better and could see that it wasn't held on by a grub screw, so it just took a little bit of moving along using a screwdriver.
