Battery Charger

Hi,

 

I am considering buying an Absaar battery charger for the zed alone but have no idea what amp to go for; 6, 8, 11, 30 etc? What does this even mean; speed of charge?

 

I don't want to cook the battery, specification below (for an import);

Highly recommend the CTEK battery chargers. Simply a brilliant bit of kit and only around £50..

No probs. This is the one I have. Great for trickle charge and has rescued me a few times. My z is not my daily driver and on a few occasions where she has been left on my drive in the cold she has refused to start. Plug the CTEK in for an hour and she's off and running. Its a great piece of kit.

These chargers are great and really good for trickle charge like said above. I have a small track car that most of the time is sitting in my garage and the battery can be left on trickle to keep it topped up until needed

I use mine all the time as my Zed is not my daily driver. The CTEK unit is a clever piece of kit with smart charge options to prolong battery condition and life.
