mouthwash Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Is it on any document? Can he send you the document / can you open it and print to PDF just fine? If so call I.T and get them to recreate his profile, usually the easiest way to solve nonsense things like this. Quote
ioneabee Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 just tried removing background colour - its now gone the odd thing about it though is that it wasn't showing in the word doc Quote
mouthwash Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Was it printing on top of the document like a proper watermark or underneath? Quote
mouthwash Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Odd but at least you now know the error is pebkac 1 Quote
ioneabee Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 there was never any doubting that Quote
Flex Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 So it wasnt set up in word to print with watermark, I doubt it's the pdf software's fault, just a print option enabled in word. Quote

mouthwash Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Why would anyone use print to PDF software anymore if you've got Office 2007(pretty sure it's 2007)+? It has the feature built in to save a document to PDF. Quote

Depends if you've got the add-in installed http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=7 How about using conversion software for converting other types of document to PDF. Or, printing a web page to PDF which is what I use it for. Quote
