My heatshield above my cat back is unattached, best fix?

When I first got the car I noticed a rattle come from the back after a few drives. Further inspection revealed the heatshield had worn through the bolts that hold it on so it was just sitting on top of the catback rattling around. I brought some compression springs and wedged them in to hold it in it's original position, however after a while the springs fall out and I'm back to square one.

ow much exhaust do I need remove to fix tis? Does it need to come all the way off or can I just remove the rubbers and lean it out the way? Also, can I do this on axle stands or would it better to get a garage to do it?

It would have a PITA to remove the bolts and add washers with the exhaust still attached. Took 2 minutes to rip it out :) Just hope my boot doesn't melt

Haha, it'll be fine, aftermarket exhausts don't have heat shields. :)
