Does anyone know what size plastic tubing fits over the bleed nipple on the brakes. Do I need a syringe to get oil into the gearbox? (where could I get one from?) How much coolant do I need and can it be mixed 50/50 with distilled water? (ill be using the genuine nissan stuff) Finally does the clutch need bleeding or would it just be sufficient to syringe some fluid out and replace with new? Cheers, Liam. SHEZZA Posted September 20, 2014 Share Posted September 20, 2014 (edited) Yes You'll need a syringe to refill the gearbox oil, before draining though make sure you can remove the refill plug before removing the drain plug. Got my syringe from machine mart. 10 litres of coolant is what you'll need for a complete swap. The genuine nissan stuff is premixed so no need to dilute. Best to bleed the clutch from the slave so that all the old fluid is removed. Use the genuine Nissan premix for the coolant. 5mm for the bleed hose for the brakes and slave. Alex. ZMANALEX Posted September 21, 2014 Share Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) There is a set procedure for bleeding the 350 clutch and brake hydraulics and you should find a "how to" in the guides section.
