Yes, it's a common problem. The search bar is there for a reason. ;)

 

It's easy to get off but it's covered in a rubberised coating so you can paint over the scratches but it's nearly impossible to remove them without dipping.

A clue as to how to remove the switch finisher would be helpful!!

 

Does one have to remove the complete door card etc etc????

 

Mine is scratched to buggery too & I'm wanting to carbon vinyl wrap mine...
