Is it possible to replace a soft top with a removable hard top?

You can buy the hardtops although I've never seen one here in the UK.

Thanks for the reply (to my other thread) :-) The diagram you posted is for the drivers door handle with the screw in the bottom of the grip. I need advice on the 2007 driver door if you have it.
