What gearbox and diff oils

As per the title what will I need and where's the best place to buy it from? Do I need to add mollyslip? My car is a 2003 350z with 40k miles on the clock.

We stock and recommend the correct Nissan gearbox and diff oil for the 350Z and 370Z, a molyslip additive is also a good idea when changing the gearbox oil.
