firemansim
Hi all, has anyone fitted the 3 piece lightweight pulley set and if so how difficult was it? Cheers for any help.

Ceejay29
I'd be interested in feedback too. Are there any implications if fitting a lightweight fly? For example can it all be too light and effect inertia if that makes sense.
Daryl
I had a set fitted a few years back. There was a thread a while back saying that the LW pulley's dont have the damper in the crank pulley, so a lot of people were put off them. Iv never had any problems with my engine, and have a LW flywheel too now, car is so much more responsive, and revs alot easier. The crank pulley was abit of a pig to replace apparently, but that was the hardest one. Put it this way, my mechanic refused to fit HEL braided lines as he thought they were unsafe, yet had no issues or anything with fitting the pulley's.

samsniss350z
I can't remember exactly where I read this but I'm sure that fitting these lightweight pulley's caused premature engine wear.
