Fordie1971 Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 I've just tried to reset it after filling up with fuel and it won't reset or switch between A and B. The buttons don't appear to be stuck, ie they still depress and release and the mileage is still displayed and increasing. I checked to see if it could be a fuse but there doesn't appear to be one for it. Has anyone else had this issue? or know how to resolve it? Quote
GIXXERUK Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 are you using the black stick thing on the dash by the rev counter ? Push once to flick between a and b and hold to clear miles my guess is you're trying to reset the miles by adjusting the brightness of the dash lights ? the buttons are misleading Quote
Fordie1971 Posted March 30, 2014 Author Posted March 30, 2014 Oh yeah! I've had the car 2 years and prob pressed the black stick thing every time I've filled up.....so a complete retard moment there eh Quote
CJRamze Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 This is amazing. I picked up the car Saturday I spent feckin ages adjusting the brightness instead of resetting the Odom. Is it on one of the stalks? I feel like such an idiot. The first day I had it I couldn't start it back up Word to self, Depress clutch. Quote
Stutopia Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 You're not the only one to wonder why the dial brightness is shifting but the odometer is staying rock solid . The little black button just looks like a bit of dash fanciness. Quote
