Niko Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Hi all. Just noticed that my sub isn't working not sure for how long Coz I never really have it up that loud lol. I've had a look at the amp next to the sub and all looks fine. Not sure what's wrong. Has anyone had this happen and was it just a new amp needed? I'm getting a new head unit so though I'd get it fixed as well. If anyone has a amp that works let me know. Cheers. Quote
cs2000 Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 The amp for the bose kit is in the boot, not next to it, id start there but I suspect its sub and not amp related as I think its the same amp for the entire system (could be wrong though). 1 Quote

techinstaller Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 just remove the small sub amp and desolder the grey relay ,buy replacement relay on ebay and solder to board permanent fix done properly if you need the replacement part number i have it somewhere in my workshop and can find it for you,cost a couple of quid for the relay 1 Quote
