I'm guessing from Liam's comment its one of those screachy type pads/indicators as with my Leon FR, and not an electronic variety as with the Leon Cupra R? My LFR was nice and screachy when I traded it in, nice present for the buyer I'd personally wait until wear indicators start screaming Quote

Brembo pads have a small metal clip that's set at a fixed distance. It's visual an can also be heard once pads are worn enough. . . Quote
