Mike46 Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 So after a few trips to a local village pub and a few speed bumps I've decided that my zed is possibly a tad low for me at the front I believe it is currently fitted with Eibach lowering springs. I love how it looks so I don't want to raise it much but I'm thinking maybe 10mm higher at the front could make all the difference without losing the good looks. I've been looking at springs/coilovers and I'm swaying towards the HSD coilovers, unsure which type yet. Just wondered what peoples thoughts are on this, is this my best option? I don't need it to be great on track or anything, and I don't want to spend too much, I just want it a tad higher at the front. I know the monos are true coilovers on the rear but what does this mean in terms of ride comfort and road holding? What type of coilovers are the BC ones on the rear? KyleR Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 There is a set of Nismo's int he forsale section for £375 I think which is a good price, 20mm drop all round and a tuned damper set up for the 350Z. If you don't want the expense of adjustable coil overs, they're the ones to get, however coilovers would be the best choice because you can set them up how you prefer. The MonoPros are just a slightly better kit, they have better dampening and the ride is nicer.
