Ideally trying to find out the address the car is registered to if possible. ( I don't know if this is legit information) but I am sure there must be a way of finding out the information. Ekona Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 You can ask the DVLA, if you have a good reason. It'll cost you about a tenner IIRC, and unless you're a parking charge company they'll pretty much say no, but that is the only legal way. Quote
