sl114 Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 The Exige only came with the Toyota engine i thought, the Elise S1 came with the Rover and the S2 with the Toyota. Both were pretty reliable to be honest and there were no proper problems with the Rover engine unless you did not let the car warm up properly before hammering it, this caused head gasket failure and a £400-£900 repair bill. Lots of tuning possibilities too if you look at PTP or Dave Andrews Tuning Quote

The thread changed from being about a T350 to an Exige, however i agree, they are both second cars or social cars, not an everyday car. Quote

You could be right. The fact remains though that they require a fair amount of maintenance to keep them in top condition, and if Zedrush is a bit of a Chunky Chappie, which being a cage fighter he probably is, then the effort required to get in and out of the thing is likely to be a pain if used on a regular basis. You wont have problems fitting in, but will look like a tw@t getting in and out of it, like i did with an Elise Quote
