I think its a photoshop though I was thinking that but I dont think it is as there is an old news artical about it... was outside the Berkeley University in California, womens rights protesting against a guest speaker (head of an alumni fraternity) the Uni had who conflicted largely with their beliefs....The guy holding the Placard was a member of the Brotherhood Fraternity at that Uni.
