Shipping is $117.75 USD plus whatever the takes are once it hits UK soil. I know, cos I just asked Zenclosures! After seeing how the one recently available for sale was made, it should be quite easy to make a cardboard template as a starting reference, just use a large piece of card then draw 'through' the opening from each side.
