Unusual hazard light flash

While driving on a straight road approx 50+mph

As I swerved to avoid a massive pothole didn't touch brakes my hazard lights flashed rapidly for a split second or at least the green indicator arrow on the dash flashed. Any one else experienced this?

Weird, mine did this once in the test drive, never seen it since. I put it down to my heavily jacketed elbow tapping the hazard light switch, as I leave my arm round there sometimes.

No didn't touch the brakes just swerved to avoid pothole.
