To answer the question seriously.... I used to run a meet in Essex which is very handy as I live in Cumbria. My work pattern changed so I couldnt get away for days anymore. It was held at the services near the Dartford crossing, not the nicest location but we still got pretty good numbers. This proves that the regional section will get a response if you keep pushing.

 

You could apply the argument to any area really. Just look at the names list for the North West, people can have a meet which is several hours drive away from toher members in the region.

 

Just because you have your own TV programme in Essex dont think you are taking over the world.

I get confused between South East and London forums. I'm usually up for a meet but it has just been too cold for me recently.

I just browse all london, south east and east Anglia sections. As my location is good for all three.

 

Its not like there are so many threads in those areas that you can't keep up.

I had to do a bit of digging before I realised Essex was covered in the East Anglia section.......but I'm not from these here parts
