Chesterfield Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 As above - wouldnt worry about the rust on the wheel, just get it cleaned off and some wax applied after if it looks unsightly. I would however make a point of cleaning any rust build up from the head of that locking wheel nut. Last thing you want is the head of that starting to build up with rust/dirt and it prevent the tool from fitting correctly just when you need it. Quote

Wash the car go out brake a few times they are nice and shiny again. On the rust item thanks for feedback will sleep better Quote

Rob_Quads Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 Nothing to worry about. Its only rust on the brake disk not the wheel or hub. As others have said a quick rub with a wire brush and it will go away then a quick spray will make it look much better. That said its nothing to worry about. Quote
