B3n5253 Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Is Nissan extended warranty worth the money?? Has anyone had any experience with it? Thank Ben Quote
Will370z Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 In all honesty its not worth thepaper its written on. Everything i tried to claim on for my350 was put down as wear and tear and rejected. Total waste of time. Quote
Zugara Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Yes......it's shat as all warranties are. +1 on Wills reply. Quote
B3n5253 Posted July 12, 2012 Author Posted July 12, 2012 Thanks for the replies. Are they really that bad with claims? Guess I just want piece of mind if the car packs up. Quote
Ebized Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 There was a recent post on here about the AA warranty having merit and I do recall a local lad 'inherited' one when he bought his 350 about 3 years back and before his purchase it had paid out on a clutch failure (I saw the paperwork when we went to look at the car), so whether that might be an option........ Personally I wouldn't bother - too many years of experience have taught me that when you buy any consumable extended warranties they are a waste of money. Just put aside money you might have considered spending on insurance, for a 'rainy day' or a likely replacement "x" years down the line. Quote
