Fitting tyres in a Z

Does anyone know if you can fit 2 x 245/45R18 michelin pilot super sports in a Z? Camskill have got them at a very good price but they haven't got the fronts so I'm looking at ordering the fronts from somewehere that does fitting and ordering the rears off camskill and taking them with me so they can fit them all at the same time.

I've had 4 wheels and tyres in before

 

For 2 you have 2 options:

 

1) both in passenger seat ( can't see out of wingmirror)

 

2) one stood up in front of strut brace and one in spare wheel recess.

+1 on the above. I have managed to transport 4 Rays with tyres before with the only problem being the two wheels on the passenger seat wanting to move across every now and then

^ a note on the above, i had this problem so pulled over and moved the passenger seat as far forward as i could and they didnt move any more !

Thanks for your help everyone, in the end I found I didn't need to put any tyres in my Z as Costco had a 20% off offer on and so I managed to get 4 x michelin pilot super sports fitted for less than £800 which was cheaper than anywhere online and no faffin about putting tyres in my Z.
