Replacement door trim

Can anyone advise on the best way to get a replacement piece of trim for my Z's door?

 

Fairly sure it's the part shown here, but this is a US website so I don't know if the part number would be same.

It's basically the external back trim which runs the length of the door (on the outside) between the door and window. I noticed that one of mine (passenger side) has a scuff on it under the B-pillar. No idea how it got there and not very visible but I'd like to get it replaced if it's not too costly. I'm assuming it would be fairly straightforward to replace - no need for windows to be removed etc?

 

Is a Nissan dealer the only option? Thanks.
